    Individual therapy and EMDR clients typically need about 8 weeks to break through limiting patterns and cultivate healthier habits. Group therapy participants commit to 12 weekly sessions, building community while working toward personal growth.

  • Many people wonder about the “right time” to begin counseling. The truth is, you don’t need to wait until you’re in a crisis. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want to invest in your personal growth, counseling can provide valuable support. It's also common for people in relationships to pursue individual relationship counseling—working on themselves individually while focusing on patterns that affect their partnership.

  • I provide monthly superbills that allow you to be reimbursed directly by your insurance plan. Patients receive an average of 70% reimbursement per session from insurance, but each plan is different.

    I am considered an out-of-network (OON) provider who provides super-bills on a monthly basis for reimbursement.

    A superbill is the receipt that you need to submit to your insurance company to be reimbursed for a portion of the services.

    Except for AETNA, my patients pay my fee upfront.

  • Yes. Patients are welcome to use their HSA or FSA cards.

  • How to determine your Out-Of-Network (OON) coverage:

    Step 1. Call number on the back of your insurance card for members benefits.

    Step 2. Express that you are a potential patient needing an eligibility and benefits check for out of network coverage, specifically for mental health coverage.

    Step 3: Confirm your ID number, the person receiving services first and last name (if that is yourself then your first and last name), and the person receiving services Date of Birth.

    Step 4: Provide the following information—

    • Therapist’s first and last name (Melissa Tully)

    • Billing code: 90837 (which is a regular therapeutic hour)

    Step 5: Ask for the following information-

    • Do I have Out of Network Benefits?

    • What is my deductible?

    • How much of my deductible has been met?

    • What is my percentage of reimbursement?

    • How much can I expect to be reimbursed based on a fee of $200 dollars?
