Many people notice shifts within the first few sessions, with meaningful improvements typically emerging within 2–3 months of consistent weekly sessions. As you grow, we can adjust the frequency to every other week or monthly for ongoing support.

For individual counseling in Virginia, I accept Aetna, Cigna, and Optum insurance. If I’m in your plan’s network, I’ll handle the billing. If not, sessions are $185, and you can request reimbursement from your plan by submitting a superbill that I provide.

Online appointments are offered 8 am–4 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
